I would not recommend crayfish or crabs or a frog....i have a 4 and 2 year old in a 75Gallon... they love it. i have a 4in 3 years old in a 35G and a month old in a 5G... all tank have 1 to 3 guppies in them, for friends. good luck and message me if you have any questions...
turtles have their own personalities, so you should know what he or she wants..

appeared on the p.c... Very colourful and intensely helpful shell development. Definitley not a pink eared slider. probably a chicken turtle. the two way, look after it as though it replace right into a slider. determine you provide it a basking lamp (warmth lamp) and a UVB fluorescent bulb. additionally a heater for the water too...

No,he would eat them, too. In fact, turtles LOVE crayfish! A crayfish is a real treat for them.Sliders need to eat plants, too,so you could get some elodea and anacharis to put in there;it would add some color, but the turtle would eat it,so you would have to keep replacing it!

I DEFINATELY would NOT reccomend placing anything in there that is smaller than him! Cause he might very well try to eat it! But if you want to get him a friend, you could try getting another turtle?? But just make sure that you have adequate room for him to freely swim and then able to come to land where there should be above some form of heat or spot lamp for the turtle to bathe.

He will eat anything smaller than his head and anything that is bigger he will nip at & injure. Your best bet would be to bet some plants or another turtle.

ok this has nothing to do with your question ,but i just wanted to warn you although you may already know about turtles and salmonella ..we got 4 baby red eye sliders a little over 2 weeks ago and we had to let them go today because my baby got salmonella from them... be sure to wash your hands with soap and water after handling them or their cage...
