I heard that there is a Siva temple about 40 kms from Chennai, which is very famous for curing patients with heart related disceases, if one goes and prays there.
Could some one from Chennai furnish more information on this temple.
Where exactly is it situated and how to approach this temple etc.
It is very urgent, please help.

Only heard of Vellankani Church at Nagapattanam, where sick are cured.

Thirunindravur, on route Chennai--Arkonam, is the place you may be looking for! the following may be the prayer that you have in mind! :-

There is one near Thiruvarur District - Nagapattinam - Valivalam.*

(I don't know about chennai)
May be it is the one near Chenglepet - Thiruporur Road - Thiruvadisoolam - Maragadha Lingam
