Depends what it's 5 grams of. And what size spoon.
5 grams of water = 5 mL = 1 (metric) teaspoon.
The volume occupied by 5g of other things depends on their density.

A metric tablespoon is 15mL (20mL in Australia); there's no metric dessert spoon, but it's usually between a teaspoon and a tablespoon so 10mL would be about right.

Five grams of what? You're asking us to convert a volume measure to a weight measure, which doesn't make sense.
