A rare bird. From Wisconsin is sitting at the door no the plastic outside a electrical outlet. Just staring at the house. It won't move if we go up to the window and look. What do you think or know this means?

I would agree...it may be sick. It sure can't hurt to check it out with your local wild life center..... If you get it help you've really improved your karma and if it is that rare, perhaps continue the species....thank you for caring .....

It could be sick and disoriented with contagious desease. Stay away from it and call animal control.
