You can't even string together a sentence correctly and yet you want to publish a book? Good grief. It's "will" and "submit" for starters.
Furthermore, there's a lot more to publishing than coughing up your manuscript to a publisher, they read it, fall in love with it, and suddenly it's published. Buy a clue...literally. The Writer's Market 2007 and an editor will help you immensely. I suggest you look into it.

Most countries have a book, updated every year, that lists all the reputable publishers in that country. (By "reputable," I mean it excludes self-publishing and vanity publishing companies.) The book is usually called Writers' Market or something similar. You'll probably find, though, that most publishers aren't interested in talking to you unless you have a literary agent. Fortunately, Writers' Market has a list of them, too.

Step 1. Get a Literary Agent.
Step 2. If the Literary Agent likes your manuscript he will pitch it to a Talent Agents that represents writers.
Step 3. Don't expect an agent to be interested unless you have previously published books that sold well.

try and get the book copyright protected before you start letting people read it. Idk much about that kind of stuff but it is usually a big deal.
