there is no home test that will read a positive at 7 days after conception not possible. that being said you tested too soon wait until you miss your period.. the cramping could have been ovulation or in your head

I got a very faint positive 7 dpo with my first pregnancy by using the most sensitive test available, but it doesn't work for everyone since it can take up to 10 days for the fertilized egg to implant. If you took a test yesterday, which was 20dpo, then it would be accurate. That is a very long luteal phase. Are you sure of when you ovulated? The normal range for a luteal phase is 10-16 days.

If you still haven't gotten your period 1 week from Sunday then take the test again. It doesn't mean that you are not pregnant even though the result was negative. If you can't wait then you can go to your doctor and get a blood test for it. We are trying to have a baby too and my period is due on Sunday! We'll see.
