I have seen a lot of contributors with less than 10 percent!

The more questions you answer, the lower your percentage of best answers goes down..it fluctuates. But I'm sure he'll reach that goal someday, at the rate he answers, lol

You also have to have at least 10% best answer to be top contributor in that category.
