they appear romance that as it is very important event happening in egypt and the only proplem we have ...and i dont see that ...so what do u think

Becasue its low budget commercial productions (Just like comedy or even better a combination of both, Romantic commedies)... It doesn't cost much, its easy to make... and it attracts people to see and pay.
Its cheap entertainment, In the west they say "Sex sells" in movies in adds in songs and in everything... we can't use that here for cultural reasons (although we are on track) so we get the second best "Love sells".
We have failed to produce any other major production in any other field... action, thriller, horror, historical etc. (with the exception of a few shy attempts).
So the Answer Gigi is money...

and they are not good songs or movies either ! They look like copies from each other and in the songs the words don't make sense as a whole and they are not relates , Ruby's last song is a clear example on that.
I think they don't want us to focus on anything else , just keep living thinking and breathing these ideas and don't try to wake up and work out your problems , also as result most of the Egyptians who are completely used to these sort of things will refuse changing the trend as they say ( Haya na2sa 3'am ! ) it's a way of making money to the film makers and a pain killer for the people that makes them forget their reality

there are all kinds of movies...the majority is either romantic or comedy...that's because we lack of both of them in our lives....ppl loves to see the poor man marrying the king's daughter and they lived happily ever after...
if u can see all the romantic movies goes like this:
1]he's a naughty boy...don't wanna get commited
2]he saw her..he was amazed..and try to follow her
3]he finally convince her...and he starts to change
4]they are living happily
5]he does a bad thing..she gets mad
6]he spends half of the movie saying plzzzzz and singing to forgive him
7]she finally forgives him and they get married and they live together forever....
am i wrong?

may be that's what we miss much in our real life [ romance ]
so we're trying to live the dream in a song or a film

i dont actually know but i remember once i watched a movie calld zakki chan and its hularious !!! i was thinking its a comedy and it turned out to be a romance !!
