One who stands for justice and progress, no matter how unpopular. Problem is, everyone has a different definition of justice and progress.
One also must have the courage to do what is right for the people or company and identify when action must be taken.
One also must be a good follower to be a leader.

Someone who's not afraid of taking chances and not afraid of accepting the responsibilty of failure. Someone who listens and thinks of all the posibilities to make the buisness grow and the people as well.

A good leader will always go with popular opinion or which way the wind is blowing. popular with the people.
