There is absolutely no evidence that dinosaurs and humans existed at the same time. Present day humans came about around 30-50 thousand years ago. Dinosaurs (the ones I'm pretty sure you are talking about) went extinct 60-65 million years ago. Even if you go back to human-like ancestors, you're still only talking about 3-5 million years.

Nope - not even any proto-humans. In fact there weren't even any primates around then, although there were some very remote ancestors of primates who have left fossils from that time. The mammal fossils known even from the late cretaceous (the end of the 'dinosaur period') were primarily small, (somewhere around mouse-, rat- or maybe possum-sized) rat or shrew-like animals. If you want, though, you can say that there was anything you want around back then, and that somehow no fossils were left. That would be silly and pointless, but there's nothing to stop you. Of course, there's no reason to stop there - you could also invent dinosaur technology and civilizations - Calvin's Tyrannosaurs in F-16s just somehow didn't leave any record. They were of course exterminated by the Martians with their advanced technology, who were very careful to clean up after themselves.. See how easy it is? That's how you can write a Creation Science book - just ignore, distort and invent your 'facts' and everything falls into place!

"Francis Schaeffer, philosopher-theologian, has written, "I am not at all convinced it has been proven that the dinosaurs became extinct prior to the advent of man. I believe there is much evidence, ancient and modern, to indicate that dinosaurs and humankind existed on earth contemporaneously, and that human beings, while they probably lived in different regions than dinosaurs for the most part, did on many occasions encounter the sometimes huge and fearsome creatures. The memories of these encounters were so vivid and deep that they were passed down in a multitude of cultures as legends, painted on cave walls, represented in pottery, and written of in literature. "
This makes sense to me! Marco Polo reported seeing dragons in China. What would medievals call a dinosaur - that was not a common word! There are many recorded reports of "dragons" in European history. How about St. George? What about all of the places in England and Europe that were named for "dragons?" How about Beowulf and his Grendl? What about dragons in Chinese history? Dragons are the only creatures in Chinese astrology that we brilliant and modern people would call "mythological." Why are all the others, actual recognizable creatures? Try researching using the word "dragon." There are stories of recent sightings of dinos in Africa (Mokele Mbembe) and New Guinea. Unidentified remains were found by fisherman in 1977 of what some claimed to be a plesiosaur. What about Ogo Pogo? Or "Champ" in Lake Champlain? What about the human tracks beside dinosaur tracks in the US Southwest?
I wasn't there, so I don't know. But neither were the scientists that have created these "timelines". It's just rather intriguing and very interesting. Why can't they have co-existed?

Well no one knows for sure!
It thought that the rise of mammals after the mass extinction of the dinosaurs, was the starting point for mans ancestral line.
But newer dating techniques of fossil remains of man keep pushing the time line back.
But NOT as far back to the dinosaurs!

Absopositively not!
Dinosaurs disappeared over 65 million years ago.
Humans did not appear on earth until much more recently.
Latest research is finding 5 million year old hominids.

Given that a lot of scientists now believe birds are dinosaurs, well, it just means we've been with them for a very long time.
