and what do you think his punishment should be?

Hes done! Feds have a 95 percent conviction rate and that 95% is out of the 10 percent that dont plea bargain, so basically he has a .5 percent chance of being innocent. Feds do all their homework first, unlike the blunders with the Duke team and Kobe where charges came without hard evidence. If feds bring charges they already have hard evidence. I hope he gets the full 6 years, plus whatever state charges him with. Joey Harrington will lead the falcons to a 8-8 record.

If it were me and I was innocent I would be screaming my lungs out to the press. Vick's silence indicates to me that not only is he guilty, but that he knows that a conviction is a very real possibility.

I think the punishment should be:

1) Two years jail - out in a year with good behavior.
2) Repay most of his signing bonus to the Falcons
3) 2 year suspension from the NFL
4) Maximum fines allowed by law - about $350K
5) 2000 hours community service with the humane society
6) and I hope all his sponsors drop him

This wouldn't ruin his life, but would certainly get his attention.

There is still room for reasonable doubt, but I'd say he's probably guilty. I believe there are four people testifying that he's involved, and it's difficult to believe that he owned and developed this piece of property for five years or so, and never once visited or knew about what was going on. At the common sense level, it looks like he's guilty. I also think the police would not risk the embarassment of falsely indicting a celebrity if they did not believe they had a strong case.

If he's convicted or pleads guilty, he should get years of jail time in accordance with the law. Dog fighting is sickening, and these dogs were terribly abused and even executed cruelly when they lost. I hope the people involved get many years of jail time.

According to our legal system, he is innocent until proven guilty. If he is guilty then I hope he gets a the maximum sentence and if he is found innocent then no punishment is necessary.

I am hoping he was not aware of what was going at a house he owned in Atlanta. But you know how people and the media decide if you are innocent or guilty and if you are black, forget it he is done no matter which one he is!!!

GUILTY GUILTY, if you ever see a clip of dog fights, its terrible, one of the dogs usually dies at the end. This is a crime and he should be punished and not let off easy cuz he plays football and has a wealthy contract the team would have to pay anyway if he was punished.

The feds do not screw around. If he's not guilty he will still be found guilty. Probably several years in federalpoundmeintheass prison.

He's guilty of something, it's his property with bunches dog kennels all over the place, dead dogs buried all over the place. He definitely had knowledge of wrong doing. He should have stayed the hell away or kicked his worthless cousin off the property.

Guilty...and he will likely be suspended for the year and be found guilty...ultimately leading to the end of his career and prison...
