This is a good questions my answer is evolution, it has nothing with feelings. Based on the evolution theory animals that are fittest survive and one of the basis is for survival is creating a viable offspring that itself is able to reproduce. So many years of evolution only animals instinctively reproduced survived and those who didn't died off. The changes in behavior in animals is created by mutations in their genes so animals which happens by chance. So animals who were unlucky and their genes didn't force them to reproduce no longer exist. Now to answer why they have sex which is an interesting question:
There are many types of reproduction but we basically could say there are sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction is more wide spread than asexual and the only explanation that I have for that is that bringing genes together from too animals makes their gene pool much more divers and less susceptible to diseases that are born from inbreeding and that makes them better fitted to survive.

It has nothing to do with god, if there is a god. Most vertebrates reproduce sexually, and with different degrees of awareness of what they are doing.
Certainly animals have feelings and preferences, and recognize each other as individuals. Many birds mate for life, and seem to grieve when their partner dies. So do some reptiles and mammals.
Doggie says, "I know, but why should I tell you?"

To create babies, to perpetuate the species, to fulfill the basic instinct to "go forth and multiply".
Pleasure is a evolutionary advantage for thinking animals such as humans, as a kind of "bribe" to give people a reason to create babies.
If the feelings of pleasure are from God, then why is it a sin to enjoy sex?

How do you know they have no feelings? Some animals mate for life. That has to suggest that they have some type of feelings. The act of sex is to procreate.

Genesis 1 20 - 28
20 And God said, "Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky." 21 So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. 22 God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth." 23 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fifth day.
24 And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so. 25 God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.
26 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, [b] and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
27 So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.
28 God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."
If you believe in God then you will believe that animals have sex because God told them to reproduce

Animals have sex to procreate only. It doesn't have anything to do with feelings. They are just trying to perpetuate their species.

They have feelings. They are called instincts. Those feelings/instincts are "I need to mate to produce offspring to make sure my genes will be carried on".
Its humans who have tacked on emotional conventions beyond procreation.
