The best way to lose weight is to change your diet, avoid anything white (sugar, flour, rice & fast foods). Drink lots of water, eat from all your food groups (organic when you can) & exercise. This is something you can live with all your life.

diet pills work but if u ever get off them once u see results many times the weight just comes back. I tried Trimspa before. and yes it worked..and i only used it for about 2 weeks and then i eventually gained the weight back. i then decided counting anf reducing my calorie intake and lost about 10-15 pounds

change food program's
I lose 13 kg in 3 month by it
dont eat any prodacte with more fat and use all it sugar free
