Keep in contact with them. Even though they are moving it is obvious that you don't want things to go that way. As long as you keep in touch with them after they leave u should b able to cope. Change happens and there is nothing to do about it. Plus you or they could always visit ,and they are only one long distance call away.

Keep in touch with them by phone,E-mail, IM. Make an annual trip to visit them. You just have to think people moved to make their lives for the better. Don't take it personal their just doing what they feel they have to do. It does suck when your friends move on with their lives because of better job opportunities, education or to be closer to family. Just try to keep in touch as much as possible it with feel like they haven't went that far.

Honestly this tells you there are more people to come in the future that would be just as great. Or, maybe it's time for you to take a move yourself and discover something new. Go out more and be more sociable.

Do what you gotta do to feel better right now. I know it's hard. Vow to yourself that you will do everything you can to stay in touch with these good friends. I'm sure you have other friends...maybe not as close, but they can be if you give it time.
When school starts again, join a club to find people that you have something in common with.

I don't think you should take it personal. I've never known anyone who bothered me so much I found it necessary to move. Maybe turn my phone off or stop emailing, but moving to another country. I think it's safe to say you are not the reason.
One day you'll be grateful to have friends and resources around the globe.

It's called growing up we all have bad things happening to us and you have a lot more coming your way.Believe it or not it's things like that that will make you a better person and a stronger person.I know you can't see that now but one day you will look back on everything that has happened to you and you will get it.
