Does the US Humane Society have an opinion about Pokeballs?

The EU will soon ratify a law that will ban poultry battery farms by 2013 because cooping chickens in a tiny space is inhumane and can spread disease like H5N1 Avian flu. With that in mind, do you believe that Pokeballs are equally as inhumane and apt for the spread pokemon-borne disease?

Absolutely. Any small enclosed space is apt to spread those illnesses. Thank you for speaking up.
