I wonder why someone would judge a whole country just by a few bad soldiers, or a bad president.

there are millions of us who disagree with what is going on.

I am a Major in the US Air Force. My Son , an Army Ranger just returned from duty in Afghanistan. The way you framed your question gives away two things. One, you are NOT an American and two, you don't know what the hell you are talking about.

First , I fought as a young enlisted man in Viet Nam. There was no killing of innocents any where. Over 1.5 million Americans served in Viet NAm, and 53 thousand were killed.
Out of that many young men and women there was one incedent of a rogue soldier ( Sgt. Calli) and a couple of his mates that snapped and killed some civilians. But I would submit that in any city in any country around the world of 1.5 million population, the per capita murder rate would far exceed the very few incidents that occured by our men in Uniform.
Our military takes extrodinary care to avoid civilian deaths and colateral damage. More that any other country except perhaps our very close allies, the UK and NATO.

In contrast our current enemy the Muslim extremest terrorists deliberately target women and children. They blow up random busses and shops and try to kill as many as possible.

We are once again fighting for your freedom to sit there and spew your poison in your ignorance and bitterness.

"If you are not part of the solution then you are part of the problem." unknown

"The only thing necessary for evil to prevail, is for good men to do nothing." Thomas Jefferson

What are you doing?

"Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we will bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend,
oppose any foe, to assure the survival and success of freedom." John F. Kennedy.

hey, be easy on the way you speak about us. if you want to vent your issues on war with other countries, throw it on the bad handling by the politicians, not the people. truth be told, we hate war, but after 9/11 a lot of attitudes changed. so before you go on calling americans cowards, killers, and animals, know that win or lose we are not afraid to step up to the front of the line for the sake of peace. war is not pretty but sometimes it is necessary. sacrifices are never welcome but we accept them. and whether we agree with our politicians today or not, we still support our troops. maybe you should try doing the same instead of trying to prove your country is better than ours!!!

I totally disagree with that. In every cart there is a bad apple in it, but it doesn't mean the whole lot are bad. Think about it.

I disagree.

What about the Iraqi nationals that are killing their own people with car bombs because they have a different interpretation of Islam? Is that ok with you?
