There is no glucose in your solution. Glucose and fructose molecules are slightly different, even though their formulas are the same. Sucrose, or table sugar, splits into equal amounts of glucose and fructose upon hitting the acid in your stomach. Fructose is commonly known as fruit sugar.

Glucose and fructose are similar, and they are convertible one into the other, but they are not identical. There is no glucose in any solution of fructose, no matter what the concentration.
