Hmm...maybe get them wasted so they will have "Brain Fog"! Idk...that's a very perplexing question! You get a big ole star for that one! ;o)

Well, if they're psychic they're gonna know that you're having a surprise birthday party for them...so just palan it like any other surprise party!!lol
