I'm sure he realizes that he is in Kobe-sized trouble, but is probably only concerned with how much money this is going to cost him and whether or not he will do jail time.
If I were innocent I would be howling at the top of my lungs and fighting my battle in the press - just like the prosecutors. His deafening silence tells me that not only is he guilty, but also knows that conviction is a strong possibility.

He ain't said a word so far. He will be going to jail soon and losing his muti million job. What a dumb a**. It's always something with these young super stars. Sex, drugs, gangs and anything to get that nut. Sorry but , he got caught and will be making room at the inn for someone else. Yeah, what a stupid a**.

in my opinion hes scared. a man who has or had everything is about ready to lose it all and for what to watch dogs fight thats ridiculous. i hope the courts punished him for what he did to those dogs i hope he gets what he has coming
