Bo as in deBOnaire. Not Bo as in bough. It is a short "o"
ra as in rah rah rah!
cay as in cry, without the "r". It is NOT "cay" with a long "a" as in CAKE. The letter "a" here is short.

Accent is on the second syllable.

Now, practice saying it.

Bo (As in boa constrictor), ra (rah rah go team!) and cay (as in kite...minus the t and e)

The stress is on ra and cay equally.
