Pluto is a tiny icy lifeless rock way out on the edge of the solar system. Earth is much larger, has an atmosphere and a moon, and is teeming with life. There are tons of differences, what else do you want to know?

Pluto= small, cold, no appreciable atmosphere like Earth's and far from the sun.
Earth= larger, warmer, atmosphere supporting our life, much closer to the Sun.

Its more of a contrast than a comparison.
Earth is a planet that has water and a thin atmosphere and can support an astonishing variety of life.
Pluto is a dwarf planet that is a rocky, cold asteroid type object that doesn't support life as we know it.
The differences could go on and on.
