Uranus has rings. Earth does not.

Earth supports life. As far as we know Uranus does not.

Earth has an axial tilt of 23.44 degrees (currently). Uranus has an axial tilt of 98 degrees.

Uranus is much colder than Earth because Earth is closer to the sun.

Uranus has 27 natural satellites. Earth only has one.

Uranus' poles have 42 years of continuous dark and 42 years of continuous daylight.
