you can grind the syncronizers out in the transmission doing this, resulting in the need to change the transmission, and it can make it go completely out in that gear,or not want to stay in gear, its really not good for it though to do this, the end result will be you having to replace the transmission in it sooner or later, good luck with it.

I walk through a Petrebuit service center today and saws so many wasted transmission gears,it wasn't enen funny. You will be right behind them, not using your clutch properly. You can shift without a clutch if you know how, with a load on the gearbox, all you do is make metal shavings and wreck the gears.

If you cant find them grind them!
Seriously-if you keep doing that you will risk damage to your transmission and/or mess up your clutch.
Be a little more careful.

I used to work in a gas station and when we heard that we would jokingly say 'grind me a few pounds' referring to the metal that was being ground up inside the transmission. EXPENSIVE repairs are in your future if you keep it up!

You would tear up the transmission. It would strip the gears.
