Sounds like that Nicholas Cage movie Air-Con right? What do you think the prisoners would do? Would they fight Al Queda with the guards or let Al Queda free them? Would they join them?

There is a code of conduct amongst prisoners. You don't mess with kids, and you don't mess with the country. My guess is that most of them would just as soon kill the al queda terrorists. They don't exactly have the same political goals.

I have met a few ex-cons who converted to Islam in prison... not very many... after talking to them for a few minutes, I made sure to stay away from them, because they made me feel uncomfortable. I think Al Queda wants mostly those willing to blow themselves up. However, there is a prison in Cuba full of those types, but Al Queda is not willing to try anything to get them out except through the ACLU which believes terrorists are bumper stickers. Our government is forced to pay the ACLU for their activities. I am not sure convicts want to die for Al Queda. They just want better food and sleeping quarters.

I myself believe that the prisoners would tell Al Queda what they wanted to hear and then turn against them. The prisoners couldn't follow the american rules that were set forth. So what would make anyone think they could follow anyone elses rules. There really is no honor among theives, thugs, terrorists or turkeys.

If they are American prisoners, they wouldn't join them. If they had an ounce of decency about them, they would fight to protect their families at home. Al Queda is evil.

Absolutely!! I was a correction officer and if your black and in prison, you're a Muslim-----if you know what's good for you that is! It's a protection/survival thing.
I venture that if it came to push or shove, we would be surprised at how many potential converts to Islam there are among the African American population of the US. Oh my...PC police take note!

Since there are a few converts in prison I think the majority would consider helping to stay free. especially those that are there for awhile.
It's called self preservation.

Nope...they'd be back on the streets repeating the same offenses. You think they have some kind of passion for stupid beliefs?

I think some of them would not all of them. but that i s again sad because we have found they kill their own women and children and use them as bombers and yet they still go for it. i do not understand the third world and their treatment of bodies and people. its very sad but they themselves would not do that to hurt themselves that is why they are alive.
