Some can, but you have to use the right cutting. You can't just plant them...There is an art to it. Here is a site that will show you how.

Yes, you can. Cut a stem off that don't have a bud or flower on. Trim off some of the bottom leafs and stick in the ground. Cover with a glass jar. Make sure if it gets too hot to water. The jar acts like a green house.

Have a communicate with the adults in the living house. If that would not artwork, have yet another. If that would not artwork, ask the cops to have a communicate with the adults. As to the roses, i want to propose letting it pass. If the adults do not furnish to plant new ones, pursuing it is going to easily start up a feud that no one needs.

Yes, roses can be propagated from cuttings, as can many other shrubs. This is a good time of year for taking softwood cuttings. Humidity helps cuttings to develop roots, so you'll want to keep your cuttings in a humid environment until they root.
