Go for a walk together. Take her shopping. Take her to lunch. Talk to her. Ask her about her life, get her to talk. Enjoy her while you are lucky enough to have her around. Let her know you care, that you love her.

you could always pull her over to the computer with you and have her answer questions. Stay away from the adult questions tho. Movies are the only other thing that I can think of, but you said she isn't interested. Maybe, you could just sit and talk with her. I used to have my grandma tell me stories about her life, and I have to admit, it was quite funny. Sorry I couldn't give you any more suggestions. Tomorrow will be here soon.

Get a pad of paper and write down stories of her childhood and youth. Ask if she ever got in trouble or pulled pranks as a kid. What was her first job? How much did she make an hour? She lived in a different era and someday you will like to have these memories. Also, ask about your ancestors. She is a valuable resource. Ask her to show you old photos and tell you about things in the house that she has gotten from her mother or grandmother. Ask about traditions passed down from generation to generation. Have fun and cherish this time. I only had one grandmother alive when I was born and she died too early. Enjoy your time with her.

This is her granddaughter. I have been satying with my grandma for a month and we do all kind of stuff together like: going on walks, doing each others hair, telling scary stories, bike riding, and DANCING together. We've also made brownies and watched scary movies. You guys can do anything if u put your minds together!

You can play cards. Watch TV. Talk about the past. Go out to eat. Go shopping. Cook a meal together. Clean the house.

how about a good hand of 500 rummy. I always used to love playing that whenever I stayed at my grandmas house.

Hmm... try asking her stupid questions about her life like her schooling and practically interview type questions. Once that wears down, offer to play like a board game or like ask about a hobby she likes... if that fails, then get into a debate! Like for politics or maybe immigration ect. or you can go for a walk or shopping or you can get her a gift! That usually gets them going!

Get them to take out the photo album, and they will love you for ever, plus some of the story's they tell are amazing, and if all else fails take them roller skiting... only joking... ask them to tell you about the old days... one last thing you can try "cooking" get her to show her way of baking you no she might even like it.......
