Go to local gymnastics gyms and ask if they would be interested in starting up an allstar cheerleading program. Most of the allstar cheerleading gyms in my area are run by gymnastics gyms.

Just ask. Let them know that you are wanting to start one up and get information from your friends who would want to join, that way the people at the gymnastics gym would know that there are plenty of serious people out there that want to be on an all star team. The people that want to join will probably have to pay gym fees as well.

You also need to get information on how much it is going to cost. Are the girls going to buy their own uniforms? How much will it cost for a coreographer and coaches? How much does it cost to enter into competitions?

Try to get in touch with an exisisting all star gym and find out their budget, what it took for them to get started, and their expenses... things like that.

Good luck.

If you are very young you need experience. Go to college and get a business degree. Maybe minor as a sports trainer. Then you'll want to work at another gym for a while.

After that, if you are living in an area that can support a gym, you would need to:

1) Find or build a practice space
2) Purchase equipment
3) Hire staff
4) Get liability insurance
5) Secure a loan to pay for all of the above
6) Find enough cheerleaders to sign up and pay to help you make all your monthly payments, plus extra.

Allstar cheerleading is a _business_ first and foremost. Approach it from that angle. :^)
