Will a HSG be of any help to me?I only have one tube due to a tubal pregnancy last yr.?

Yes, it could possibly be of help in telling if the tube is blocked in some way such as the possibility of scar tissue. I would recommend consulting with a reproductive endocrinologist (a dr that can find the causes of infertility in women) to see what they suggest if you haven't already.
