Part of the reason is that when someone sees you - they are actually looking at the "you" from the magazine ads...
Most people in the world end up judging others by what the see - they only take a split-second to make up their mind about you. In your case, they already have this idea implanted in their brain - you're "the girl from the ad".
They will base their entire reaction on their (dis)like of the product - not on YOU as a person.
There ARE good people out there in the world who can see past all that (I would say that I fall into this group) - and you will feel much better about yourself (and the world) once you meet one of us :)
In the mean time, you really have two choices:
You can either give into this "stereotype" that has been thrust upon you - and treat everyone you meet like the "cold, stuck-up b*tch" that they expect you to be...
Or you can simply take all that in stride (unfortunately, it DOES come with the territory) - and let those you choose to include in your inner circle of friends know the REAL you...

You should accept yourself for who you are, but your looks at 13 don't mean much. People's bodies and facial features mature until they are in their 20s. I'm in college now and people that were less attractive or normal looking in high school now look like models. The opposite is also true, nothing like drugs and partying for years straight to make someone go from pretty to ugly. I remember in high school junior to senior year a lot of girls started blooming, some people just take longer. Don't stress out, you have a lot of time to change. Part of being attractive is acting attractive, if you show confidence people will be more attracted to you. A lot of people your age are in the same boat and can't tell what is REALLY attractive and are insecture. If you act like you are pretty and don't let the nasty comments bother you then people will assume you are pretty and popular. (just some hindsight from going through it a couple years ago. It's from the male side, but I saw how all you girls worked lol).

The soul is the real"living" part of the body , the rest is just flesh and bones, for the soul will exist forever in memories of someone's mind long after the body has become decomposed and the pictures will never capture the real beauty that is within the soul.So to have a good soul is much more better than any thing else because the soul is eternal, practice on feeling secured by having a satisfied soul and life becomes easier to deal with.

because you feel alone. that you dont feel love from them or you. so empty. void of any feelings. any feelings you show are nothing more than a mask. i feel that as well and more. im not beautiful like you but people only talk to me when i have money. it hurts so bad when you cant look in the mirror and see the real you. the you you wish people could see. but they see only what they want to see and dont care if there is more to you. only what they can get from you. and you feel shallow because thats what they want you to feel. the only thing i can suggest is do something different to show them you are more than a mannequin. that you are a real person. i believe in you. good luck :)

You are who you are honey. Even a successful model needs a companion and its understandable if you are picky on one due to your tight schedule. Don't give up dear. You will be more insecure if that really happens. Get a grip of yourself and find the real you. Furthermore, it's just round the corner.
Cheers :)

Given that until we meet a person the only impression we have is physical, and given that you have great physical beauty, it is not unexpected that will be people's first reaction. However, what is interesting is that the first three things you said about yourself were all related to modelling. Until you start thinking of yourself as a whole person no one else will either.
Allow people to see all aspects of you. Your intelligence, your sense of humour, your likes and dislikes, etc. Slowly they will come to see you as a person. But before they do, start thinking of who you are as a person aside from as a model.

I would suggest contacting a psychologist.Airing this stuff over this thing will do no good.I would also suggest sitting down and thinking about how far you have come in your life.If you can love yourself, then the sky is the limit. If you feel like you do,it maybe because of how you see other models treated. Some better, others a pain.Depending on how you view yourself,it's like you are brainwashing yourself into this frame of mind.

Ironically, the better looking the woman is, the more insecure they are. They feel that's all they have, or all others want to see, their beauty.....so they focus on it, stress it, and forget that they have much more inside than what shows on the surface. And most will get pissed and tell me I'm wrong for saying this...but I've found it's pretty accurate.

hunny, look at tyra banks. She is a great example of being a model yet not losing your identitiy, NEVER be afraid to express yourself, you are more then a mannequin...way more.
If you arent happy, maybe you should take time for yourself. You deserve it, being ont he run all the time is NO fun and it can ruin your feelings about life and yourself

You should keep looking around. Alot of people only see your looks. I like to get to know people for theyre personality and how they feel about whatefver. It could have to do with some Depression if you feel insucure as well...
