I always lived in a big house with stairs. But now that I live in a ranch-style home, I think I like it better.

where have you been Josh? I love a house with stairs. I have always rented the apt. upstairs and adore the skinny house with stairs. I have a ranch style(boring, but thankful for it), but love the stairs. Ps if you have an upstairs, it can be messy and the downstairs can be nice. I once went to a wedding. The downstairs was so classy, the upstairs was the real living area!

Without stairs, but houses with stairs are cheaper-less land is used to build them. I don't know how many times I've fallen down our stairs, and my worst chore is vacuuming the stairs.

I've experienced both,
have to say without because my house with stairs was so hot in the summer months, couldn't even go up there!
