Gastro is always a good one, but I work in a hospital setting and 3 cases of that and they are obliged to call the Health Department, so I need some new ideas.

wow i use different stuff all the time...my car just died and i have to wait for the tow truck to come take it to the mechanics, my babysitter didn't show up, migraine, can't remember any others.
