Most definitely NOT Monopoly. Rather than relying on the old standbys (Monopoly, Life, Risk, etc.), why not try something new? I recommend trying out either Ticket to Ride, Settlers of Catan or Carcassonne. All three are easy to understand and a lot of fun. And, as an added bonus, none of them last anywhere near as long as Risk or Monopoly can last (everyone has had that 5-hour Risk game, right?), which means you can play 2, 3, or even 4 games on game night.
Give one a shot! I promise you won't be disappointed.

Definitly monopoly because it can last hours with friends. The only bad thing is that if you dont have much patience then you probably won't enjoy it.and definitly scrabble
