And where can I find one?
All I know is I need one of these, but I have no idea what it is exactly, how much it costs, and could I buy one at Wal-Mart or would I have to go to like Best Buy?

I don't even know exactly what I'm looking for on that website. I looked there and I'm not sure what I'm looking for. What does it look like? I'm clueless on this thing, I've never ever heard of one before.

It's a Dell - Dimension 2300; Microsoft Windows XP Professional.... is all I know. I can only hook USB and Ethernet.. I have no regular phone line card in the back of my computer.

Best buy wil probably be cheaper. Here is one from both stores.

Depending on your computer they are called Wireless Card.
They are specific to your computer. Many users opt ro try USB Wireless Cards and are problematic in that most require drivers to be downloaded before they work.
I use the term work as a general term because many are very poor at best.
You will need to give more information on your System
What kind of computer, Which Operating System are you using What Hard drive Motherboard, Ram all have a bearing on the correct Card.
Usb might work, but I would rather use 2 cans and a string.
