why is it so hard for african presidents to get out of power without killing their own voters and who can help these poor people take sudan ,uganda, ethiopia,libia and many like countries

There is still a lot of tribal power in Africa. Most people have stronger allegiance to their tribe then to their country. Most of the country borders were simply imposed by the Europeans, and have been a cause of much of the instability in Africa.
