Anyone have any recommendations on some good hotels on Fremont Street, one with a nice pool.

The only really nice one is the Fitzgerald, also a great casino where they treat you really well and they have an amazing comp. program. Have a great time, wish I was going.

I'm pretty sure the ONLY hotel on Fremont Street that has a pool is the Golden Nugget. It's a nice place. Fitzgeralds and the Four Queens are both "clean Motel 6"-quality; neither has a pool. I wouldn't trust any of the other hotels downtown at all.

I wa just ther at the begining of this month. The Fremont is a good hotel with a good pool, buffet, etc. I think that the Gold Nugget is the best on Freemont street. Yahoo Travel /las vegas/ hotel ratings backs me up on this. I was not impressed with Fitsgeralds. Stay away from the Nevada Hotel and Casino at all costs. (It's just around the corner.)

i've got stayed at Binions some situations. It became into ok. no longer something that great. The room became into like $30 a night thats why i stayed there. From what i will tell all of the resorts there look crappy. So no remember the place you flow your gonna get an uncomplicated room. i'd in basic terms cough up some added funds and stay someplace on the strip. Fremont highway is in basic terms to uninteresting. The casinos there are incredibly small (yet decrease priced, so thats a plus), crammed with previous human beings (you dont get the greater youthful occasion crowd there), and Fremont St. is in basic terms way too small while in comparison with the strip. flow to Fremont highway one night for some hours dont spend your total trip down there. Its a snoozefest

golden nugget has an amazing pool and is a great hotel; one of the best in las vegas and by far the best hotel on fremont street.

By far, the absolute best hotel on Fremont Street -- or anywhere downtown -- is the Golden Nugget. They just renovated their pool area and it includes a shark tank.

Having just returned from LV, I would highly recommend the Golden Nugget. For being an 'older' hotel, it has been well kept, the prices are reasonable and you mentioned the pool...they just got done renovating theirs. They now have a water slide that slides through a HUGE fish tank that includes sharks....man was I envious!

Golden Nugget. They have a brand new pool. We are going out next month and staying 5 nights. Can't wait!!!
