I have had my period be late before because of stress. As for the constipation yes that could also be related to stress because of a condition called Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor to have them evaluate the constipation issue further to see what they think is going on if this constipation has been going on for a while.
