Brandon Webb - spectacular stats for a guy who's long previous below the radar in Arizona. one hundred twenty five ok's to 29 BB's, 2.seventy 4 era, a million.14 WHIP, 3 CG's. 8. Carlos Zambrano - .205 Opponent's BA!!!, a million.28 WHIP. i could like to make certain this guy on a extra suited group. 9. Roy Halladay - Amazingly powerful and he's thrown over a hundred and sixty innings. 10. John Lackey - very solid numbers, could be bigger in this record, yet he performs interior the vulnerable offensive AL West. I'm a Bosox fan, but since a lot of people are, I'll answer for my second favorite team: Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
Scott Kazmir is the best pitcher on the staff and I expect great things out of him. He's only 23 and he has been the ace of that staff for almost 3 years! Yeah he is having a rough season, but remember: he's only 23!

I'm not even a Twin's fan, but there is no question in my mind that the best pitcher currently in baseball is Johan Santana. Watch for a ridiculous second half!
