Just Dont bother about it. Walk for 30 minutes in the evening and have fine bath. Then drink a cup of milk and go to bed by 9 pm. But dont forget to switch on your music system which plays your favourite music. Have sweet dreams.

I have the same problem, I can't ever fall asleep or stay asleep. I broke free of it once when I was working a 3:45am-3pm schedule. I was in bed every night by 8pm latest. Maybe you should try a schedule. You could also try Melatonin. It's a natural sleep aid, you can find it with all the the vitamins and herbs. My husband uses it and it really helps. If nothing works, you may need to see a doc. Good luck!

Lie down at 8:30 pm and that is the time you should start to sleep. Even if you didn't sleep at all wake up at 5 am. Drink milk before going to bed. And do lots of activities and stuff during the day. It will make your body feel tired and ready for sleep.

Do more excercising activities during the day. Swiming is a good choice. When you get to school you'll be doing more strenuous tasks and you'll be tired and lately you probably havn't been getting tired because you havn't been working hard enough to feel tired.

drink warm milk. Keep a routine. If you can't sleep after several minutes get up and move about awhile then try again. Don't use sleep aide unless necessary.
