I'm not sure I see a question there. I have one for you. Have you looked up the word patriotic? If you think it simply means being proud of your Country then you can give yourself and the U.S. a big pat on the back. I think patriotism means constantly trying to find ways and think of ways to make your Country better. It's ironic to me that you use a picture of George Washington as your avatar. Do you think he just sat back and talked about how great America is and how great Americans are? Or did he and the other founding fathers bust their butts to try and make sure that they came up with a system that would last and work well into the future?

A good example are the Swiss. Everybody who knows them will confirm that they are in general very patriotic. But if you ask a Swiss "Are you very proud of your nationality ? " the answer is likely to be No because in Switzerland pride is connected to personal achievements. Many Swiss might feel that there is no reason to be proud of a nationality as it is not a personal achievement. This does not mean that Swiss do not love their country and are not patriotic.

The same might be true for other cultures.
Therefore this results should not be overvalued.

I'm from Ireland and no matter if you are liberal or conservative people are very proud to be Irish.

By the way, Ireland is a lot more liberal than most Americans believe, we may not have abortion but we do believe in the social ideas of socialised medicine and other services. We are also fiercely anti-death penalty, anti-war(we are a neutral country), we have a tax regime which many Americans would consider of communist proportions.

In countries like Germany and Japan, they have the burden of being war and they equate national pride with the rise of those who brought them to do the despicable cruelties of those wars.

I'm amazed United States is at the top with everyone complaining about the President. then again 3/4 isn't good for America. Many of us obviously take all we have for granted. If everyone went out and lived in North Korea for a week the percent would be more like 98%.
