I know there is going to be a High School Musical 3 and I want to audition for it! :) Does anyone know anything about the auditions! Like, where they're held, when they're held, what the parts are etc. Or does anyone know where I can find info about the auditions! Oh and I can't really afford a agent right now so thats not an option!

Unless they hold an open audition (which I highly doubt they will) you will absolutely need an agent AND you should know that a legitimate agent will not cost you one cent until after you get paid for the job that they helped you find... That's the way it works.
If you want to find a legitimate agent to represent you for commercials, TV & film go to Sag.org. Use the dropdown menu on the right labeled 'resources' and choose 'agent information'. On the next screen, on the left choose 'Find a SAG franchised agent' and follow the directions. You can look up agents all over the US, but there are higher concentrations where the work is (Los Angeles, NY, IL, FL, GA etc.)
Then you can send them your headshot, resume, and a cover letter stating that you are seeking representation and wait to see if they call you in for an interview.
You should know that agents do not usually see new actors without a recommendation from someone they (the agents) know or if you already have a great resume. You need to get into acting classes and you need to build a resume asap. Also, it's very likely that they will cast the majority of the roles in Los Angeles so if you don't live there, you may be out of luck. They will most likely return to Utah for filming, so who knows they could cast some smaller roles and maybe the extras there but I realy couldn't tell you for sure.
I would keep my eye on actorsaccess.com to see if anything pops up. That would be the only place that I can think of that anything may be posted for people without an agent to see, but in all honestly I believe that all calls will likely go strictly through breakdown services.
Good luck though

Even though you said not to write about agents, im sorry, but you will need one. Disney rarely holds open auditions especially for a well known movie like hsm. [1, 2, and 3]. agents shouldn't be too hard to find look around locally for one and they'll give you your start in acting. good luck :]
Also HSM 3 is still in the works. They don't have anything definite yet so there probably won't be any auditions any time soon.

Aviv confirmed that Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Monique Coleman, and Corbin Bleu are all in talks of reprising their roles for a third time. [4] The original plot, which was to have been titled Haunted High School Musical, was to have centered around spooky happenings at East High. This idea has been scrapped, although strange things happening will be a side plot the movie has been rewriten. The new working title has been named "High School Musical 3: Gradu-Dancin'" and will center around East High's senior prom and graduation of Troy and the gang. Disney Channel Worldwide president of entertainment, Gary Marsh, said of High School Musical 3, "We're working on a script and talking to talent. ... We're hopeful and optimistic we'll pull everybody back together." [5] On August 14, 2007, Kenny Ortega said that the movie will begin production around March 2008 and may be in theaters either October 2008 or 2009.[citation needed].

You can't afford an agent?
You never pay an agent until you get paid from a job.
If they don't find you a paying job, then they don't get paid.
And if you are with a SAG agent you will pay them 10% of your earnings.
If you make $1,000 they are suppose to get $100.00. Thats the law and rules of SAG.
I suggest you take some acting lessons so that you can learn the biz. Otherwise you are going to get riped off easily!

Disney doesn't do open audtions.
You HAVE to have an agent.
And they don't get paid unless you do.
Or they're a scam.
