I only have one bra I can wear at all right now and I think it might be too small. I asked my mother about it and she doesn't think that's right because if I went any bigger I'd have the same size chest as her. My bra keeps going out of place though!!! I've adjusted the arm part a few times recently, and I may just have to again. There's a part in the middle to widen it, but it's all the way widened!!! Should I go bra shopping or what?

Oh you poor thing. I was just in your situation the other day until I went to Victoria Secrets.
They measured me and put me in different types of bras. I bought some that were in my cup size that were just slightly uncomfortable but would look better wearing certain types of clothes that I have.
My normal size is a 36b. Now, I have that little bit of fat that shows from a bra being a little too tight under the arm and it shows when i wear tank tops or tight shirts. The trick is, go one cup size bigger. It might look funny without a shirt on, but it's comfortable and it hides fat well because it will reach up to right under that part where it looks weird and cover it up.
This only works if you have small boobs like i do tho lol

Wearing a bra that is small for you may deform your breasts, so go buy a larger one. Sometimes it's difficult for moms to accept their little girls have grown, try to understand her.
Remember,
the band at the bottom of your bra should be firm but comfortable. If you can’t run a finger under the band then you need to ask for a bigger size or a wider hook placement. Super tight bras can bruise this delicate part of your body.
Your bra’s center panel should lie flat against your breast bone. If it gaps away from your body then your cup size is too small for you or the panel is not big enough to accommodate the valley between your breasts.
Shoulder straps shouldn’t dig into your shoulders. If they do dig in, you should ask for a wider and more comfortable strap. Adjust straps so they are not falling off your shoulders or cutting into your shoulder skin.

The bra should not cut into your shoulders or waist. Go to a lingerie store like Frederick's or Victoria Secrets and they will measure you. With a proper fitting they'll put measuring tape around your top waist right under your breast. Then they will put it around your breast to get the cup size. Don't let salesperson guess, make them measure you. Even though they might make a good guess, you want a bra to fit well. A bad fitting bra, adds pounds and makes you look sloppy. A good one does the opposite!

If it's comfortable, contains everything, and doesn't move around then it fits properly.
I have to wear underwire bras, the same size bra with no underwire rides up.
The actual fit can vary a lot between different brands of bras, so you often need to try lots on. Go to a proper underwear shop, and have the nice ladies there fit you for a new bra.

only you can make that decision, if you are uncomfertable then ya go to target ((they have some really cute bras right now)) and try on a few different ones and see what fits you best. You may not need a bigger cup size just a bigger width. Like if you are wearing a 32A then go try on a 34A

um no. it is going to not greater healthful you. not even remotely. you would be waiting to cover your nipples with it.... lol. I placed on a 34 d, and that i promise you those issues won't slot in a 32a, didnt you are attempting it on? 34 is the scale around your rib cage immediately below your boobs. the letters are cup sizes, the cups are the areas that cover your boobs. they're in direct relation with the band length. A 32c cup would be smaller than a 34c cup, yet they're all a c. in case you place on a 34d you will in basic terms slot in a 34 d. each and every so often although, in a pinch, you're able to make a 36c artwork (even with the reality that it cont grant the administration and convenience for extensive-unfold placed on). considering which you went up a band length, the cup length would be close to on your actual want.

I highly recommend going to a Nordstrom or other department store that actually has a special "bra fitting" specialist in their lingerie department.
I went to Nordstrom and it turns out I was a whole cup size bigger and I didn't even know! Apparently most women wear the wrong size (i.e. if you wear a 34C, it's likely you are really a 32D). When it fits, so much more comfortable!
Here are some tips they offer on their site: http://shop.nordstrom.com/C/2384919/0~2376776~2374327~2384839~2384919
Good luck!

The best way t figure out if your bra is the right size is to go to your nearest mall stores, such as macy's or sears, or a bra store in your area..And they can measure you correctly to choose the BEST bra size for you..ALL bra stores help with this..and just in case you might feel uncomfortable you can get measured with your bra on or a shirt..Good LUCk!!! =D

1] measure chest right under bust, and add 5 inches - this is the BAND size.
2] measure around bust at fullest part. Subtract the band size fron that number.
1" difference = A cup
2" = B cup
3" = C cup
4" = D cup
3] either bra is too small, or not built right for you.
Go to zafu.com to find out about styles for how your bosom is built!
