There are quite a few pin trading places available. One good resource for pins of all types is the Pintraders Yahoo group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/pintraders/ with over 700 members world-wide. Also Hard Rock Collector group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HardRockCollector/?yguid=1715692 which is for all types of HRC collectibles including pins, shot glasses, shirts, etc...
Also, at the official site Http://www.hardrock.com there is a pincollectors site. Click on the "memberships" link at the top of the page. However, there is a fee for that page.
Another one that I have heard of is an unofficial site at:
