She was my girlfriend for four years, on sunday after spending the day toghether we went to get some ice cream and after that got back to my home were i tried toget intimate with her, iand she told me she couldn't i asked hr why andshe told me she dont love me anymore!!!

How can you love somebody who is so cruel and inconsiderate of you as to leave you???? You love who she WAS. She has changed. You have to get some therapy and move on with your life.

There is obvioulsy some reason she left, right?? Was it by your doing??
If she is not planning on coming back, nothing you can say/do is going to change her mind!

Find something to occupy your time. Visit with friends, see a clergy. If she wants you back, she will come back.
