"Normal ferret bedding"? Please explain. Because there is no such thing. Ferrets should NEVER have small animal bedding in their cage because it retains odors and can also cause allergic reactions. And no - do not put leaves in their either! That's ridiculous! All you need on the floors of a ferret cage are small blankets, sleep pouches or fabric cut to fit the cage floor. These should be washed WEEKLY. Since you clearly don't know much about caring for ferrets what "premium" food are you feeding your cat? The only food I know that's shaped like pellets is Marshalls which is GARBAGE.

Don't mention ferret to me. One killed my beautiful rex rabbit and 2 guinea pigs in a pen. So ferret bedtime is left to my 3 cats.
