I have a Pacific Northwestern accent. I've been told by people in the East and in the Mid-West that I overpronounciate my words. Since I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, I guess that must be a part of the accent. Also occasionally a little bit of a Chicago accent comes out, because thats where my family is from.

A Californianized Kansan accent. It's sort of southern, but I sound out every syllable of the word. In Kansas the women like it, in Calif they look at me weird and ask where the heck are you from? Here in Wisconsin I'm as alien as the rest of the population.
