I'm 19 yrs old and 5'3 1/2. I've been this height since i was 16. i eat healthy and exercise regularly but i just won't grow. when i stopped growing i was 135 pounds. i have know put on an additional 15 pounds of muscle from playing football. my dad is about 5'5" to 5'6" and my mom is about 5'2 1/2" and my little sister is 5'3". Do i still have potential to grow taller or am i done? O yea my dad said he stopped growing at 21-22 yrs old.

There's no way to tell, but you will probably have another growth spurt or two. Growth is seldom even, and your father grew until he was older than you are now. Don't stress -- you can't do anything to increase the height your genes determine for you, but a healthy diet will make sure you get to your genetic potential.

You're done growing, it's been 3 years. No big deal, your family is short.

I was done growing by 7th grade.
