Rockets will ship out lucas, head , and Rafer Alston to teams that need back court help. Denver needs a pg so they will be likely candidates and also Portland. They will trade Rafer Alston to Denver for someone like Reggie Hayes or najara and trade the others for some second round picks and/or cash.

From what I've read in rumors now for the past couple of hours is that they'll most likely trade Alston, Lucus somewhere that needs PGs. Head has been in trade rumors all summer but they need his 3pt shooting, and Brooks will most likely be sent to the NBDL or IR. Mike James will most likely be the better backup.

He gets traded Alston is a decent player but he's not a starter and with them picking up James and Francis in the off season he'll either ride the bench or get traded

Well Steve Francis is really an sg also, so is Luther Head,
Rafer will get his minutes at pg along with Mike James.
Brooks may be on the bench this this year if not the D league...Lucas will be used sparingly.

i already asked jonathan feigan, the houston chronicle reporter about a possible trade between houston and miami involving rafer and other trading pieces for haslem, but he said he doesnt think its possible.
anyways, mike james, stevie, and aaron brooks are definitely here to stay as our pgs.
rafer and john lucas III will be traded away
luther MAY be on the trading block if a good enough offer presents itself to the rockets.

i have followed alston since his streetball days and i like his play so hopefully the starting positions will go as:

rockets are my favorite team even though i live in ny and i think they are gonna take it next year.TMac MVPPP! haha

Yeah mike james came off a big play year for minnesota,
he made some amazing threes, and buzzer beaters.
I cant wait to see Mike James on a good team..
