i have a leaky sun tea jar and want to know how to take care of this problem?

Are you kidding?? Those things are cheap....just throw it away and buy a new one.

You can buy a new one at Dollar General or any Discount Store for very little money.
Throw the other one away. It's not worth the hassle !!

Are you sure it isn't expanding in the jar from the heat and flowing over the lid. Don't fill it so full.
