Pitcher - Sandy Koufax. Sure I have seen some video, but the man was untouchable for a while.
Hitter - Babe Ruth. The epitome of non steroid user. It is just amazing what a bit of cabbage under your cap could do for you.
Player (History) - Jackie Robinson. A 5 tool guy, plus the personal attacks that he overcame..... No wonder his # is retired by every team in the MLB.

Even though im a huge yankee fan, im still going to have to say....Willy Mays. He is arguably the best player ever to live. He did everything.. homers, an amazing fielder, he was unbelievable.
joe dimaggio was great all around player but willy was greatest of all time

Dimaggio would be great, as would Lou Gehrig or Babe Ruth, but I would choose Ty Cobb. He is one of the most intriguing baseball players ever.
