not too many videos but alot of good info

There really is no "master" list of what is best, because it changes all of the time, and a lot of the decision depends on the persons needs.
You can check www.tomshardware.com for awesome in depth reviews of computer parts.
Software is too plentiful to list, it really depends on what you need it for.
If you are just looking for information on how everything works in a computer, check out www.howstuffworks.com, which has great tutorials on everything from computers to car brakes to fertilizer.

most computers has an program called moviemaker on them an if you have a webcam most of those have a option to make a small video

I go to "thatvideosite.com"
Lots of funny and safe/downloadable videos and pictures on ther. Funny stuff if you just want videos to download.
